New Signature”s Intelligent Workplace team is growing fast and we”re looking for our next Microsoft 365 Platform Consultant to join us.n n Role Descriptionn n What will you be doing day-to-day?n Conduct planning and assessment activities for customers beginning their journey into Microsoft 365 Configure core identity between Active Directory on-premises and Azure Active Directory Perform migrations from Exchange on-premises and non-Microsoft platforms to Exchange Online, including Exchange hybrid and tools-based migrations Perform document migrations from on-premises and third-party repositories to OneDrive, including via third-party tools Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations as part of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures Perform greenfield deployments of Teams, and collaborate with team members on implementations involving voice enablement and/or migration from Skype for Business Implement security, compliance and governance features such as MFA, DLP, retention, and conditional access Troubleshoot post-migration issues related to Outlook and mobile device profile configurations Deliver end user communications and training workshops to IT stakeholders Create deliverables to document key findings, recommendations, etc.

Translate business goals and drivers into appropriate technical solutions Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include other Intelligent Workplace consultants, project managers and change management professionals Seek to become a client trusted advisor and identify additional opportunities Share delivery findings and collaborate on best practices with internal team members n What experience do you need to be successful in this role?

n Installing and configuring directory synchronization Using both native capabilities and third-party tools, performing document and email migrations to Microsoft 365 Ability to work on up to 2-3 projects simultaneously 1-3 years” experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 Consulting experience a plus n What technical skills are required to be successful in this role?n Azure AD Connect installation and configuration Exchange Server hybrid deployments PowerShell BitTitan MigrationWiz and ShareGate toolsets Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups General Microsoft 365 administration n What education and certification credentials are needed for this role?n Bachelor”s degree (engineering or information systems related field) Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) Designing and Deploying Exchange Server 2016 (70-345) a plus n Does the role require travel?n Travel up to 30% of the time might be required.
