REQUIREMENT DETAILS Job Title: Operations Service/Client Onboarding Specialist Client Location: NY, NY (10019) Duration: 8 Months Minimum with possible extension Onsite Position Job Description: Your Role: Are you a team player with excellent communication skills to; Provide support to client account Onboarding, Off boarding, and other client directed requests Ensure customer accounts/requests are acted upon accurately and in a timely manner Review and process incoming documents for clients Provide document management and support to team Ensure that the document records correspond with data in the system Act as liaison between portfolio management teams, sales/distribution, product, legal/compliance, financial advisor/CSA Your Team: Your team provides middle office operational support for all separately managed account activity, in a rapidly growing environment covering; -Equity (domestic and global) -Fixed Income securities, especially municipal bonds -Interface with US sales territory professionals Your experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in order to accurately communicate to internal business partners as well as financial advisory/CSA Organizational skills, Detailed orientation and multi-tasking skills are required Ability to work with minimal supervision Team player Onboarding Specialist within Group Operations Candidate must have excellent communication skills & ability to be a team player Responsibilities: Provide support to client account Onboarding, Off boarding, and other client directed requests Ensure customer accounts/requests are acted upon accurately and in a timely manner Review and process incoming documents for clients Provide document management and support to team Ensure that the document records correspond with data in the system Act as liaison between portfolio management teams, sales/distribution, product, legal/compliance, financial advisor/CSA Summary: Support the Separately Managed Account business and ensure that the business adheres to the policy and procedures set forth.

This role encompasses ensuring that ’ policy and procedures are consistently applied to all clients.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree require
• Onboarding experience
• Or product experience Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in order to accurately communicate to internal business partners as well as financial advisory/CSA Organizational skills, Detailed orientation and multi-tasking skills are required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Team player Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process all client directed requests in accordance with pre-defined policy/procedures; account on boarding, deposits, withdrawals, tax harvesting requests, portfolio changes, account conversions.

• Assure documentation is complete and adheres to guidelines
• Code various systems
• Any other duties, responsibilities and projects that may be given
