An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based in our Dumbo office in Brooklyn, NY.EveAdam Health, part of Webcare America, is launching a new telehealth platform and seeking to roll this out state by state, across the US.Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all paid social media campaigns: driving a high volume of traffic to our platform; helping to increase brand awareness among target demographics; and supporting our overall marketing strategy.More specifically, their duties will include:seeking out new opportunities to drive brand engagement and usership through various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagramdevising and implementing strategies to increase visibility of the brand among target demographics, and increase usership managing a budget and ensuring this is deployed optimally across several platformsworking with the content team to develop engaging, innovative campaignsmonitoring health news and events and, where possible, tailoring campaigns to coincide with trends and meet user demandanalysing data and statistics and using this to inform future campaignscompiling CPA reports and presenting these to senior management. The ideal candidate will: have three or more years’ experience in a similar rolehave a thorough, hands on knowledge of paid social media strategies at an implementational levelbe able to run campaigns themselves not just coordinate agencieshave successfully scaled an e-commerce accountbe comfortable developing a strategy from scratch and project managing its execution be driven to deliver sales at target volumes and against target CPAshave experience optimising ads, campaigns and channelsbe comfortable developing optimisation plans for all channels and feeding into the broader strategybe able to analyse data, compile reports and deliver these to Senior Managementhave a flexible approach and willingness to adapt to new situationsbe ambitious and continuously look for opportunities to optimise our strategybe an excellent written and verbal communicatorand have a creative flair for developing engaging campaigns. Benefits of the role include: competitive salary and performance-related bonus schemegenerous holiday allowanceregular team events
