The successful candidate will support client engagements by aiding in the development and execution of paid social media strategies across client business and serve as a day-to-day client contact on paid programs.Evoke KYNE employees share a passion for making a difference in health, both locally and around the world.

This position will be remote until further notice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Client PartnershipLeverage strong experience in paid social to activate programs across networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.Begins building client counsel and relationship management skills through regular / appropriate interaction during client update calls, team meetings, etc.Develops deep understanding of clients’ business, disease areas, unique needs and mindset of target populations (patients, stakeholders, HCPs)Serves as day-to-day support team member on multiple client accountsActs as liaison with company partners and social platform representatives to ensure best-in-class delivery for clientsCollaborate with senior members of team to develop paid social strategies including channel and targeting and creative recommendationsManage social listening to analyze competition and research audience segmentsHelps ensure paid social programs are compliant with FDA regulations and social platform guidelinesCan successfully manage assigned project workstreams independently/with little oversight and provides progress updates to team members proactivelyDevelop thought leadership pieces and client POVsBusiness Development & OperationsParticipates in new business brainstorms and conducts research on new business projectsTakes on a supporting role in evolving agency paid social media capabilitiesEducates agency and client teams on utility of paid social media and latest advancements and trendsTakes the initiative in seeking training to continue to enhance skills and identify new and innovative ways for clients to engage stakeholders through social mediaContinuously research the evolving social media space, staying on top of trends, new networks and shifts in consumer behaviorTeamwork & LeadershipDisplays an ongoing willingness to gain knowledge and make significant contributions to the teamMentors and enhances skills of digital and account teamsDemonstrates initiative and resourcefulness and attempts to work through issues collaboratively or independently as appropriateDemonstrates flexibility in working across teams and ability to adapt to project needs, different team working styles, etc.Works closely and collaboratively with junior team members, serving as a role model and helping to mentor and provide direction on projects as neededEffectively partners with account teams to meet client needs, clearly communicating project objectives, direction and timingActively supports company values and an inclusive cultureEffective CommunicationProvide recommendations on optimal paid social content, assisting with content development as needed, to ensure optimal delivery and effectivenessTakes the lead in developing a variety of materials including paid social briefs detailing targeting and creative approach, budgets, timelines, etc.Ensures QA and launches ads with no errors; monitors performance to flag issues and optimize in real timeMaintain relationships with platform reps and vendorsEncourages and responds to feedback from manager and team membersTakes opportunities to lead in client interactions to further develop client communication skillsDESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, digital, business or health / science related field or equivalent experience4-6 years’ communications or related marketing / advocacy / digital / social / health experience;
