We are also experts in bringing financial services to the market and developing and implementing better underwriting systems and procedures for consumer and commercial loans.Job Description: Working in concert with the CEO and your primary focus will be to:
• Know and understand all initiatives, priorities, JIRA boards, timelines, and status
• Oversee company operation and ensure the goals are supported by strategic plans
• Prepare and Report Initiatives and Statuses weekly to the CEO Communicate with staff and keep them focused on top priorities, drive performance from Department heads, prioritize initiatives and business concepts.Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Organize and lead meetings and stay abreast of JIRA board updates and developments
• Research ideas and special projects
• Assist the CEO with key positions, including new hires, terminations, and promotions.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to build business rules, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to advance the Company.
• Track and monitor new business development concepts through implementation and report successes and failures to the CEO.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long and short-range planning and the introduction of new programs/strategies.
• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the Company fiscal function and performance.Skills and Experience: 
• B.S.

and/or MBA in Business, Management, or similar field
• 5-10 years of successful executive leadership
• Must be a current or former operational executive (CEO, COO, President, SVP, GM, etc.)
• A history of successful revenue growth
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Financial, operational, and regulatory knowledge of procedures that will affect the companyCompensation/Benefits:
