REMOTE – Must be in NYC Area

9 Month Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for day-to-day study management
• Work with team of ~14 data collection associates ensuring they are meeting or exceeding project KPIs/SLAs
• Set study milestones, assign tasks and monitor task progress, working with team if a study milestone is in danger
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Time management and approval
• Train new DCAs on team processes and study protocols
• Monitor both study results and individual results
• First level support and troubleshooting
• Participate in all activities designed to maintain data reliability/integrity, and attend trainings and other scheduled meetings
• Maintain error/incidence log
• Look for data anomalies and investigate root cause
• Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding of teams, coordinate training
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Management team to develop process improvements
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Participate in post-mortems
• Lead team-building activities
• Communicating with key stakeholders
• Status reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-years project management experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reside in close proximity to NYC metro area (mileage TBD) and able to commute to NYC once/twice a month.
• Experience working with computers, such as navigating between applications, installing software, and troubleshooting issues. Private and secure, in-home internet access.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions (in person or over recorded or live video conferencing).
• Capable of sitting in front of a computer screen and reading text and following instructions on the screen for the duration of the data collection.
• Able to efficiently complete projects with diligence.
• Able to grip or touch objects with your hands.
• Able to see with normal visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Windows navigation and commands.
• Typing expertise and ability to type with 10 fingers without looking at your hands.
• An undergraduate student in college/university OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in software applications such as – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Previous experience with observational research data collection in a laboratory setting.
