n n 1 Battery Pl, New York, NY 10004, USA Full-time nCompany Descriptionn nnOur client has an immediate need for a talented Global Sales Director (Sales hunter) to focus on developing client relationships selling a suite of contract management (CLM) and process transformation services to Investment banking firms, consulting firms, law firms, corporations, and financial institutions.nn nJob Descriptionn nn Specific Duties nn Identify, develop new business relationships to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets.

This should be aligned with a clear schedule of sales regularly visits, in the territory, to provide apt account coverage; Learn, understand and master the positioning of Integreon’s suite of services; Develop and execute a yearly formal business plan for assigned territory.

Identify key business challenges; Demonstrate needs fulfillment mode and method; Identify decision-makers, services and products to meet client issues; Direct development of customized solutions; Negotiate with clients for efficient services delivery at profitable fees; Ensure services are priced correctly for client expansion opportunities; Present solutions to clients and negotiate optimally; Draft client service agreement providing details on the scope of service and compensation; Negotiate with the client to execute contracts; Participate in Integreon marketing at trade shows, conferences and other networking opportunities; Work in conjunction with Senior Leaders regarding client relationship management to ensure seamless reporting, communication and services; Enter and report regular Sales activities in the CRM system for pipeline follow-through; Prepare metrics for review and understanding of target areas; Acquire industry knowledge about competitors and helping the sales team develop marketing positioning statements based on competitive knowledge; Protect firm from Errors and Omissions (E&O) nQualificationsn nn MUST have experience selling managed services, technology-enabled solutions into Corporate Legal departments.nn Should be a known expert in client relationships The ability to demonstrate an expert level skill in using Microsoft Office suite of products for word processing, spreadsheet and database work, and PowerPoint presentations The ability to write proposals, work on solution designs, detailed reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers in a friendly, pleasant manner The ability to think quickly and creatively while proposing new solutions to our client base nAdditional Informationn nnAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.nn n n
