Sales Operations Manager

The critical Sales Operations Manager role will partner closely with sales and marketing teams to refine our programs and incentives strategy by leveraging analysis, market intelligence, and a drive to solve business challenges.

The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen and proficiency with analytics to assist the Growth team in creating efficiency, assessing performance and delivering results.

How you’ll help us to be successful 

This position will work with multiple stakeholders across the company to:

  • Be the lead driving salesforce for company to maximize and drive revenue and team efficiency and increase team knowledge.
  • Onboard and train new team members to salesforce.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations and adaptations.
  • Tackle and improve each segment of the sales process: lead generation, lead qualification, contract negotiation, relationship hand-off and ongoing account management
  • Define the key sales support systems and processes required to achieve rapid footprint growth, revenue attainment and market objectives
  • Own the quantitative analysis of our Growth team’s performance, including measurement and tracking of top of funnel lead generation, prospect conversion, client management and retention
  • Manage weekly and monthly business reporting and work with sales and marketing to define, track and improve KPIs
  • Define and implement sales tools, procedures and creative solutions that result in increased sales velocity
  • Identify gaps in process or overall growth team capabilities and drive projects to achieve timely resolution
  • Assist Sales Managers in all aspects of improving individual and team performance
  • Work with the finance team to prepare ad hoc analysis, case studies and support the creation and implementation of content marketing, sales collateral and streamlined templates.
  • Collaborate and drive initiatives that support lead generation, prospect conversion and client retention, working closely with sales, marketing and account management to source ideas and iterate solutions.

Who you are

  • High level of proficiency with SalesForce.

    Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

  • 3-5+ years Sales Operations experience or similar responsibilities supporting a growing Sales & Accounts Organization
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Basic knowledge of digital B2B marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
