Bristol is seeking a Senior Client & Business Development Manager to lead the firm’s sales & marketing initiatives and client management strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience & success in a marketing/strategy/product management role with high net worth individuals, institutional clients, or distributors within the investment management industry.

The firm is partner-owned, has an 80 year history of managing assets for endowments & foundations, and has a growing ultra-high net worth effort.

Bristol has consistently produced top-tier investment returns in fundamental equity and fixed income strategies.

To-date, assets have come through referrals and recommendations.

This role is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to build a business development strategy from the ground up and shape future growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead new business development strategy and identify sales and distribution opportunities to build prospective retail and institutional client relationships.

Oversee prospective client communication and field questions related to the investment process and broader financial markets.

Work closely with firm partners in providing excellent service to existing client relationships including portfolio reviews.

Manage and develop client presentations and marketing materials.

Candidate Qualifications 10 years of experience and success in a marketing, sales, distribution, client portfolio management, or business development role in an investment management firm.

Solid understanding and deep interest in active equity and fixed income investing, portfolio management, and the financial markets Securities exams qualifications or CFA a plus.

Numerate and literate: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated analytical ability.

Strong client relationship management and sales skills.

Must have a high degree of self-motivation, be well-organized, and importantly, a team player.
