This job can be based in either East Coast US, or UK. Please send your preferred location in the application! We are also flexible with hours needed in the office

Primary job responsibilities 

  • Design, implement and optimise integrated digital marketing programs to drive awareness of Kantar Marketplace, generate demand for new products and nurture prospects to ensure sales readiness 

  • Oversee paid campaign performance. Experiment and innovate growth channels. Manage vendor relationships, working with creative and media agencies as well as internal stakeholders to guide the development of demand generation content, design/build of landing pages and optimization of media spend for maximum effectiveness.

  • Continuously optimize the marketing funnel. Own and maintain Kantar Marketplace Pardot instance, ensuring data hygiene and completeness. Optimize lead scoring/routing models and commercial follow up processes, ensuring seamless lead handoff of leads from marketing to sales.  

  • Plan and implement email marketing programs, including Kantar Marketplace monthly newsletter. Focus on segmentation, list building, A/B testing, deployment, reporting and analysis to ensure continuous performance improvement and adoption of standard processes. 

  • Support and input on a variety of digital marketing initiatives. Make recommendations to streamline lead capture and optimize conversion across the Kantar Marketplace website. Plan and complete organic social media content, developing creative, crafting copy and coordinating publishing calendar to drive client and prospect engagement. 

  • Team with product management to ensure seamless self-serve user journey from self-registration and onboarding through to checkout by seeing that all email, in app messaging and client touchpoints are thoughtfully integrated 

Experience:

  • A passion for Digital marketing

  • Demonstratable experience using a variety of technologies and platforms (Pardot, Linkedin, google ppc etc.)

  • Ability to communicate and edit content fluently in English –

  • Ability to solve complex problems with a focus on outcome

  • Self-motivated – motivating themselves and others to achieve outcomes

  • Embraces change and is open to new ways of approaching solutions

  • Challenges the status quo and is forthcoming with ideas

  • Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple countries

  • Believe in continual learning to stay fresh in an ever-evolving technology landscape

  • Ability to influence at all levels
