You improve our online presence by monitoring search engine optimization (SEO) and related performance metrics.

You audit performance reporting to create & leverage insights and impact the web experience by collaborating with team members across Marketing and providing SEO insights on content development taking place in other teams.

You ensure continuity and consistency across the main web property and client portals by working with the client experience teams.

You thrive in an office and virtual environment guiding multiple initiatives simultaneously and travel as needed to meet company objectives.

Nurture collaborative engagements by establishing and evolving key relationships with clients across Marketing, including product marketing, campaign, public relations, Brand, Marcomm and social media.Increase web traffic by keeping current with target cohort preferences, entry points and proactively suggesting new content and features.Optimize the digital client experience and ensure brand consistency by establishing best practices and staying current with new technologies and competitive trends.Maximize the department by managing the transition and continued growth of digital workflows and the effective use of third-party resources and platforms.Streamline creative production and content revision to meet marketing, editorial and program goals by developing strategies, workflows and accompanying processes.

Required keys for success:Three or more years of management experience in a digital environment managing the full lifecycle of creative content and development efforts for large scale websitesSix or more years of digital marketing experience, including managing large digital projectsExpert in web analytic toolsKnowledgeable of modern marketing tools, digital best practices and agile marketingSolid analytical and project management skillsHistory of operating as the creative and editorial point-of-contact to prioritize and drive large digital projects working with key stakeholders across the organizationClear understanding of best practices, integration of social media activities, digital metrics and design methodsAdvanced skills in SEO and SEM techniques and client relationship management (CRM) softwareTrack record of working independently with the ability to supervise and motivate othersAbility to analyze and interpret dataEffective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization How you will stand out from the crowd:Five or more years of management experience in digital environment managing the full lifecycle of creative content and development efforts for large scale websitesExperience with Adobe and Datorama Business-to-business (B2B) or enterprise environment experienceYour education:Bachelors Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)by Jobble
