The Role:

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Planning & Analytics, reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations, you will be responsible for reporting, tracking and trending analysis through Tableau, Excel, and other Enterprise reporting tools and systems, in support of the Revenue team and its operational effectiveness.

This role has high visibility, and provides detailed reporting and analytics on performance KPIs and future planning.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business opportunities and challenges and translate that knowledge into feasible and scalable analytics.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor the major heuristics of the Revenue department.
  • Manage pipeline reviews with the various sales and customer success teams to ensure the achievement of all KPIs and goals.
  • Plan data selection and segmentation for effective and targeted marketing and approach to market
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to extract insights about the marketplace.
  • Apply consistent analytical approaches and methodologies across analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Hire and manage a team of analysts to be embedded with stakeholders.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4-7+ years of sales operations or analytics experience, preferably within high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years of prior management experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to drive significant change initiatives across Sales and Customer Success, scaling processes in a high-growth company doubling GTM headcount.
  • SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of revenue-driving support systems and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
