As Senior Transformation Manager/Senior Manager, Transformation Office, you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of multiple strategic, large scale initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO). You will lead a team that works across the Customer Excellence organization to ensure transformation initiatives, resources, and deliverables are well defined, scoped, and executed. You will create a structure and cadence to drive accountability for evolving progress and share key updates to stakeholders and leaders as necessary.The focus of this role is to support organizational business transformation through execution of strategic programs as a part of the Customer Excellence PMO function.This role will report to the Head of the Customer Excellence PMO.You Will:* Partner closely with the CE leadership team to design the overall program execution plan and roadmap to drive implementation of initiatives across the six core CE transformation workstreams* Leverage your deep understanding of change management best practices to drive buy-in and adoption within CE and across the broader business* Develop a communications plan to ensure stakeholders are proactively updated on initiative progress, and to develop a strong CE brand through messaging across multiple channels* Document and track progress of transformation to centralized team functions against defined milestones. Proactively highlight blockers, track risks & issues, and provide a path to green or recommend mitigation plans* Work with CE leads to drive initiative prioritization and timelines.
