You will build and lead a team that is responsible for developing automations that will be instrumental in helping FanDuel scale, improve the customer experience, and differentiate our product from competitors.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to play* Partner with department leads across the business and other members of the StratOps team to identify process improvement opportunities* Create and manage RPA roadmap; lead sizing and prioritization of automation opportunities* Create process maps and designs, in collaboration with process owners and RPA Specialists* Develop and manage QA and maintenance process for all RPA automations* Manage relationship with key vendors; budget; and reporting* Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure set-up and maintenance* Build, develop, and lead a team of RPA Specialists* Drive adoption of RPA and other automation technologies throughout the business, including through roadshows and build-your-own-bot workshops* Collaborate with global automation team at Flutter on best practices and knowledge sharing* Serve as an expert in automation and emerging technologies, staying up to date with the industry and collaborating with Strategy and Operations Vice President on future roadmap and evolution of the Automation teamTHE STATSWhat we’re looking for in our next teammate* Previous experience with automation required; experience with UIPath preferred* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently evaluate an opportunity, conduct analysis, and make strategic recommendations* Strong understanding of a diverse array of existing business processes and demonstrated experience finding creative solutions to complex problems* Strong organizational & project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once* Experience leading, developing and mentoring a team* Excellent communication skills; skilled at influencing and building relationships across the organization at all levels, including with senior leadership* Advanced Excel skills preferred* Strong understanding of and demonstrated interest in automation tools and emerging technology* Knowledge of FanDuel departments and existing operational processes preferredTHE CONTRACTWe treat our team rightCompetitive compensation is just the beginning.
